Cherie Jolley

Cherie serves in a leadership role within the compliance division and council.  She’s the main contact and manages the Commission’s approval process for degree and non-degree programs, including distance education, and for substantive and non-substantive program changes for public institutions. She also fields potential complaints filed against COE-affiliated institutions, provides information about COE’s complaint procedures to complainants, and tracks filed complaints.  Cherie brings over 25 years’ experience in association and school management to COE.
