Dr. Tangela Purifoy

Tangela serves in a leadership role within the evaluations division and council.  Dr. Purifoy’s career spans over 29 years in higher education to include Dean of Students, Dean of Students and Instructional Services and serving nine years as Team Leader for COE. Dr. Purifoy earned an Associate’s degree from Faulkner State Community College; a Bachelor of Science from Troy State University; a Master’s degree from University of West Alabama; a Specialist in Education in curriculum and instruction and a Doctorate from the University of West Florida in curriculum and instruction: educational management.
