Dr. Tennie McBryde

Dr. Tennie McBryde serves as Assistant Vice President of Evaluations at the Council. Her career includes over 32 years in higher education in student services including leadership, case management, job placement, student retention, strategic planning, evaluation and compliance, academic advising, records and registration, admissions, college orientation, and event coordination. Dr. McBryde also served as a college registrar and as the primary designated school official for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program. Additionally, she served as a committee member for accreditation and reaffirmation for the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Dr. McBryde earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Auburn University at Montgomery, a master's degree in human resources from Troy University, and a doctorate in education, specializing in higher education, from Walden University.
