Private: COE VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR COMPLIANCE DIVISION
Dr. Dwight Pullen serves as Assistant Vice President in the Compliance Division. He is the main contact and manages the Commission’s approval process for degree and non-degree programs, including distance education, and for substantive and non-substantive program changes for non-public institutions.
Dr. Pullen has provided leadership for schools, school systems, civic organizations, and agencies since 1981. He has been a business owner, teacher, building level administrator, community leader, and accreditation specialist. His published research centers around leadership in occupational education. Dr. Pullen credits his success to hard work, decisive action, and teambuilding.
Pullen considers himself a “TigerDog”, holding degrees from both Auburn University and the University of Georgia. His bachelor of science degree in agricultural education is from Auburn. His master’s of science and specialist degrees in agricultural education and his doctorate in occupational studies are from Georgia.
In his leisure time, Dr. Pullen enjoys family time, reading, yard work and working on his antique vehicles.
